Refer a friend

We have two referral options. 

1. Refer a friend with their contact information. If we are able to contact the friend and purchase the house, when escrow closes we will pay you $750

2. Refer an address. Know of an abandoned house? Or a house that is in disrepair? Send us the address, if we buy the house, when we close escrow we will pay you $500
